Who we are
This website is run by HyperledgerIT. For anything to do with your data, email admin@hyperledgerit.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, website address and what you tell us about the problem. The form opens WhatsApp so you can send us those details, which means WhatsApp (Meta) also processes your message and phone number under its own privacy policy. The form itself doesn't store anything on our website. If you email or call us instead, we receive whatever you send. If you go ahead with a clean-up, we also get temporary access to your website and hosting, and a backup copy of your website files and database.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, quote for and carry out the work you asked for, and keep the records we're required to keep for accounting. We don't sell or share your details for marketing.
Your website data
Your website may contain personal data about your own customers. We process it only as far as needed to clean and secure the site. Backups are stored securely and deleted at the end of the monitoring period unless you ask us to keep them. Login details are not kept after the work is complete.
How long we keep things
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Invoices and related records are kept for six years, as required by HMRC.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
